Our app is designed for parents and grandparents seeking community support and is not intended for use by children under the age of 16.

Prohibited Content

• Sharing, uploading, or linking to harmful or illegal child-related content.

Reporting & Enforcement

• Any user can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app.

• Reports are immediately reviewed by our safety team.

• Confirmed violations result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and law enforcement.

Detection & Prevention

• We use a combination of automated tools and manual moderation to identify harmful content.

• Suspicious activity is flagged for review.

• We partner with relevant child protection organizations to strengthen our safety measures.

User Responsibility

• Users must be 16 years or older to use the app.

• Parents are encouraged to educate children on safe internet use and monitor device activity.
